How do I know if I have limiting beliefs?

If you feel like you are struggling to make progress in your life, it's a good idea to look at the underlying reasons why. There are several ways that limiting beliefs can manifest themselves in your daily life and affect your self-esteem and confidence.

  • You feel overwhelmed by tasks or projects that others find easy.
  • You get caught up in negative thoughts about yourself or your abilities all the time.
  • Your actions don't align with what you say is important to you (for example: I want to lose weight but keep eating junk food).

At the end of the day we all have limiting beliefs but the magic is we can choose to look at them more closely and actually change them, rather then learning to live with them and saying "that's just who i am" > shy, awkward , unpopular, hard to talk too...
